Ovid Afrika Media is a conception of young aspiring journalists, developed in 2007 to lay out ambitious concise production work, reflective of the utilisation of vocational training in media and communications techniques and application. Developed generally from the need to creating opportunities for the young people in a challenging environment with a focus to creative initiative, the holistic approach is to open avenues for collaborative innovative development strategies through media methodologies. This concept came up as a result of continuous participatory process developed through the need for a creative channel for enhancing the empowerment of the youth in home-made ideas.
To communicate compulsively with a passion for the betterment of the society through media strategies and approaches as youth innovative ideas.

Ovid Afrika Media believes in a world of fair competitive opportunities in media and thus a need to holistically base the wider-approach in opening prospects for the development of the nation through creativity which is unlimited. In this regard, the organization envisages an informed society which will not only appreciate the role of the media, but also the development of creative local-based programmes that are a reflective of the society’s economic, political and cultural bridges that make the realisation of emerging issues that are an intrinsic values for human development to be achieved. Such issues include human rights, education opportunities, employment opportunities and the general development of the society.
Documentaries, Television and radio dramas (audio-visual programmes), Features (magazines programmes), Printing magazines and other promotional items, Commercials for radio and television, Researching and recording information and Public awareness programmes.
