The mission of ASAUK is to promote the importance of education in the Afghan community, to enhance cooperation and sense of unity between Afghans and to improve standards of education for Afghan students.
This association provides a platform to socialize, develop new skills and make a difference. ASAUK has a range of members, mostly Afghans but not all so it cannot be said that they are all common due to their Afghan background, however, what they do have in common is their way of thinking. They all think outside the box. All our members are tolerant, highly intelligent and adopt a diplomatic approach to solving problems.
ASAUK holds social and educational events for its members. Member’s opinion matters so very often we hold general meetings to hear everyone out and to make sure the issues we are targeting to tackle are up to date.
ASAUK also provides mentoring to Afghan youth and children. The mentors are our members who give their time voluntarily in order to help those that may need it, in the fields of education or career.
We also hold talks on different subjects which we think will benefit our members such as how to apply for jobs, Universities "higher education course" and many more.
ASAUK also sends out regular news releases on different topics to keep members informed of opportunities available that they maybe interested in, e.g. job opportunities.

Opportunités pour les jeunes
ASAUK believes that the Afghan students of today are the most active, patriotic and open-minded individuals the Afghan community has ever seen. To make sure their work is appreciated and they are encouraged, ASAUK was established. It represents their view and makes sure their voice is heard.
