Hands Helping Hands was created to help address the global problem of increased poverty, violence, disease and social inequality. By taking a holistic approach we look to coordinate the building of healthy and sustainable communities.

Hands Helping Hands seeks to improve the health and well-being of individuals by creating healthy sustainable communities. By taking a holistic and coordinated approach we look to address all the issues within each community in order to create communities which are not only sustainable but also self reliant.

To help build healthy sustainable communities Hands Helping Hands implements 5 key programs:

Clean Water Initiative
School Building
Health Care
Housing
Agriculture and Alternative Income

Hands Helping Hands takes a holistic approach by directly involving the local community it’s working in, its members and local organizations in the building process. Whether we are building a school, medical clinic or creating an educational program, community members will be empowered, knowing that they are helping to shape the direction their community is taking by being directly involved in the decision making process.

Hands Helping Hands goal is to create a youth lead global network working together to help bring social change in the world.

We are looking for youth who are motivated and looking to help make a difference in the world. Whether you have lots of experience volunteering or no experience is not important, rather we are looking for people who are passionate, committed and focused on coming together to stand up and be a voice in letting your community, peers and the world know about the need for social change, justice and equality throughout the world, no voice is too quiet and everyone’s effort no matter how small matter.
