The UNSA has the goal to inform, educate and mobilise students. We collect and provide information about the structure and the work of the United Nations. We train various negotiation techniques and skills. After having acquired the factual and theoretical background, we invite students to actively participate in mock simulation games of selected United Nations working committees. Lectures by prominent speakers and visits to foreign embassies as well as important UN sites are also part of our programme. Furthermore, we announce upcoming Model United Nations conferences (MUN) within the Netherlands and abroad, where students have the chance to experience negotiations in an international environment.
