Eco-Conservation Initiatives (ECI) is a qualified development organization registered in 1999 under Societies Registration Act 1860 No. RS/ICT/319. This is a national NGO with headquarters in Islamabad and field units throughout Pakistan ranging from Skardu in the North to Hyderabad in the South. Recently, ECI has won the certification award from Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP) for its internal governance, financial management and program delivery.
Major objectives of ECI are enhancement of quality of life, promotion of quality education, capacity building of local communities, conservation of natural ecosystems and biodiversity through environmentally sustainable approaches utilizing natural renewable resource base with the active participation of concerned stakeholders.
