 Mission/Vision
To see that youth in Kampala have opportunities for employment. To do this, the association employs methods to train youth at different fields to become self sustaining individuals with skills necessary to find viable employment.
What does the organization do?
We help youth by sensitizing them on the HIV/AIDS epidemic. We are all aware that HIV/AIDS is a threat to this age group, therefore we need to make an effort to help prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS among youth. Youth also engage in community development work.

Kampala Youth Workers Association is a youth-led association aimed at helping youth in Kampala find employment opportunities. The association has over 1500 registered members situated in both Kampala and surrounding areas. To date the association has registered some achievements through the trainings that the youths have got. We are happy that we have members of the association both in national politics and local government administration.
