Active Help Organization is incorporated as a non-Profit voluntary Organization, working for community development, with special emphasis on women and children, at grassroots level in three districts of Province Punjab Pakistan namely, Lahore, Kasur and Okara.
The organization founded in 2003 by a group of dedicated social workers.
It is voluntary organization registered under the Societies Act XXI of 1860.
Active Help Organization is a NGO has been working on different issues such as Education, Women Development, Youth Development, Child Rights, Adult Literacy, Career Guidance, Primary Health Care, Sexuality, Reproductive Health, Family Planning, TB, and STIs, HIV & AIDS, etc. since 2003.

The focus of AHO is on community development (particularly in rural areas) through the participation of its own people. The role of AHO is strengthening and empowering the communities to perceive their own problems/needs, and to solve them through collective action and participation. AHO currently has targeted the per-urban areas Lahore, Kasur, and Okara.
