CAPACITY BUILDING/POVERTY ALLEVIATION: We work to develop the capacity and potentials of adolescents through life planning education, training of peer educators and distribution of educational materials. In addition, we help to increase their income-earning potentials through career planning, skills acquisition training, business management education, and linkage to micro-credit opportunities.
COLLABORATION/NETWORKING: We collaborate with other civil society organizations that work with youths and adolescents. We also work to bring these organizations together for synergistic impact.
