Global UR’s philosophy is that the world is full of issues and challenges that can’t be solved by single countries or isolated groups of people; but require the building of global communities of practice. By global communities of practice, we mean people from different countries working together to share knowledge, information, problems and concerns. As they engage in dialogue with one another they break down particular place-specific points of view, and build global perspectives.
