Local Agenda 21 Bursa Youth Council is a youth platform, which aims becoming active youths in city administration, supporting youths achieve their social targets and potentials, and teaching them their rights and responsibilities for a livable Bursa. To make youth to be part of the solutions instead of the problems. To create a platform where new ideas compete and turn in reality. To show that sharing always increases, never decreases the values of the efforts.To help the youth participate to the decision organs. To be an example initially for the youth of Bursa and then for the national and international youth.

Local Agenda 21 Youth Council, tries to enable youth for participation in decision making process as well as venues for young people to gather and carry out various activities geared towards demands of local youth via partnerships with other actors such as NGO’S, local authorities, universities and private sector with a prospective aim of establishment of National Youth Council in Turkey. And some activities of ,Youth Council are:
-EU Youth Projects
-Historical trips
-Meetings and campaigns to explain importance of environment.
-Some concerts.
-Conferences
