The Vision and Mission of Uz-NLA is is to engage young people in volunteering programs that promise to enhance the prospect for youth revival. The UzNLA of GYSD will work at the regular basis to find places where volunteers can make difference. The NLA will seek to bring self-sufficiency and sustained spirit of revitalisation to Uzbekistan's inner city communities. We will ultimately fulfil our mission statement via the effective implementation of their results oriented specialised programs.

Tashkent State Technical University collaborated with
6 NCC member organizations that included NGO's, UN and Governments
agencies to organize GYSD, WSSD, TIG, projects in the country. The activities
included clean city initiatives, giving away clothing project, anti
smoke and anti drug demonstrations and public event -reception with
concert. They work closely with National Cultural Center and developed a
list of potential spokespersons that are young and famous. .
They were able to familiarize the policymaking communities and media with initiatives
taken by the youth volunteers for the future of their country and to
engage many young people in volunteering programs to create on-going
commitment to serve their communities
