- Creation of solid opportunities for preparation, practical skills and following realization of Bulgarian students from the leading economic specialities in the development of the Bulgarian economy.
- Stimulation of Bulgarian students during their higher education, for participation in some inovative forms of educaion, formation of a constant dialogue between them, the Bulgarian economic subjects, the trade associations and the respective institutions of the Government.
- Creation of a National network of partners, consisting of local, regional and national organizations in Bulgaria working in the field of the economy.
- Construction of a system of data and knowledge, for educative policies and practics and promising inovative strategies.

- Education and qualification of students in the field of the economy, finances and management for acquiring genuine practices in their specialty by means of seminars, round tables, business-schools, specializations.
- Inclusion of the young specialist in the pursuing of sustainable and perpective financial and economic policy in the different fields of the Bulgarian country.
- In mid-run, to cooperate for the realization of the well-prepared serious human resources in the management of different sectors of the Bulgarian economy.
- Creation of an informational network through the Internet for forums, discussions, inquiries between the participants in the Fund, raising og information for them, as well as for the Fund itself, the membering organizations and the National Social Committee.
- Inclusion of the Qualification Fund in the global program Youth Employment Summit 2002 – YES.
