A generation of leaders who will not live just for themselves, but also for the needs of others. A generation that will not only see the plight of the less fortunate, but will seek ways to bring about positive change in their lives.

Halogen Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation that aims to make leadership education available and accessible for every youth.
Operating independently of any political, religious or commercial organisation, Halogen Foundation is instead governed by an independent board of directors. The board receives no remuneration as all surplus income is put towards the objectives of the Foundation.

The main activity is the National Young Leaders Day. This is conducted with the aim of developing student leadership in schools and the community. We do this by conducting talks which are both inspirational and practical to the young people attending.

The main activity is the National Young Leaders Day. This is conducted with the aim of developing student leadership in schools and the community. We do this by conducting talks which are both inspirational and practical to the young people attending.
There is also the Young Leaders Institute which is the training arm of the Young Leaders Foundation. It aims to bring quality leadership education into schools and partner schools. There is currently Everyday Leadership and Leadership Challenge on offer to students. Students start off as participants and move on to be trainers for other youth.
The Dreamfactory is an initiative of Young Leaders Foundation Singapore that aims to assist young people in the pursuit of their dreams. (www.dreamfactory.com.sg)
