Through collaborative efforts people of all ages everywhere can know what can be and is being done to protect and improve life on earth and how to reproduce solutions that address their own particular problems.
Horizon prevents loss of good ideas that would otherwise never reach beyond narrow borders and be virtually lost to the rest of the world.
It reduces wasteful duplication of time, effort and funding spent searching for answers already available. And, it enables people to find answers when they are needed.
