- To showcase activities of youth-led organizations, development partners and corporate bodies.
- To empower African youth with a good understanding of the needs for self-development.
- To promote the conviction that African Youth represent a powerful force for change.
- To use AYMA as a platform to hear the voice of the voiceless local youth.
- To promote mutual benefits and active partnership with regular media organizations for promoting development in Africa .
