We see our mission in dissemination of the leadership program among young people through organizing social-psychological trainings (leadership conferences) 1 to 5 days long with elements of practical application

DECLARATION:
We, The Association of Young Leaders, non-profit non-political organization, confirmed that young people of the Russian Federation need and will benefit from:
- Forming of contemporary social consciousness based on high moral principles, cultural traditions, democratic and patriotic principles;
- Uniting of the young people and increasing its role in the society;
- Creating favorable atmosphere for personal spiritual growth and realization of one’s place in the world;
- Developing skills of civilized communication and forming citizenship positions.
We believe in the possibility of such changes, understand the large scale of the problems and are ready to contribute to reorganization of the society in our country.

VALUES:
AYL values – are the principles that are shared by all the members of the Association, form their style of thinking, define moral norms of the work. System of the values of the organization is a basis for creating its declaration and mission.

- Organization of the educational conferences and practical training programs for students, faculty, and school administration with a duration up to five days;
- Development and running one-day seminars dedicated to a particular topic on a monthly basis;
- Organization and running Ropes Course training programs;
- Realization of various projects in the sphere of community development and charity;
- Publishing special literature dedicated to leadership;
- Consulting and training services offered to various educational institutions on a personalized basis;
