The organisation advocates the decision makers for the voice of the Young people to be heard. They empower people with leadership skills and information and enhance their particiation in national development through networking.

The NYP provides training programs for young people on Youth leadership and management, Drug alcohol and Substance abuse, Adolescent Youth and Reproductive Health, Good Governance, Democracy and Human Right as well as mainstreaming gender prospect in youth work
