The organization is geared to create a forum for dialogue and cooperation amongst youth within Sierra Leone and around the globe and between young people and their parental generations. It helps to restore the dignity of women through women empowerment and sensitivity amongst women and the Girl child. Spotlight on important local and global topics concerning both the planet and the people and promote real alternatives to the problems e.g. - HIV/AIDS, Child Trafficking, Prostitution and other issues of global concern.
