Building the political capacity of its members (youth) to effect positive change within the Barbadian poltical landscape. Within an ever changing, less friendly and more hostile global environment, the leaugue commits itself to the wholistic development of the country's youth, via its mandate.

They articulate the interests of the nation's youth via the party's manifesto, as well as mounts its own platform at national elections
