Make Poverty History-Emirates is the UAE national coalition of GCAP -The Global Call to Action Against Poverty. Make Poverty History-Emirates is a campaign to advocate against and spread awareness on Extreme Poverty, HIV/AIDS and the MDG's. The campaign has been extended up to December 31st 2007.

Make Poverty History-Emirates is a campaign to advocate against and spread awareness on Extreme Poverty, HIV/AIDS and the MDG's. This is done through mobilization events, advertising campaigns, interactive website/newsletters and other awareness building programs. Being a coalition the campaign also aims to build bridges between local and international organization and promote cooperation between them.

Mogelijkheden voor Jongeren
Youth play an important role in the campaign by bringing to life many of the departments. These roles range from the running of the campaign to the newsletters, websites and events. The campaign is open and inclusive and looks to include youth as much as possible.
