Marilyn Feldberg founded the WYSE Project in 1988. As a Psychosynthesis trainer and counsellor of international repute, who has worked in the field of education for 30 years, she has inspired young people throughout the world to follow their vision for a better tomorrow.



WYSE programmes take the form of two week intensive leadership programmes, that are conducted by a team of highly trained international educators. Over the past five years WYSE has found and supported many young people who feel inspired to do something for the world.

Participants learn that to effectively lead others, they must first know themselves. One of the disciplines used to further personal awareness and to provide individual support is Psychosynthesis, a concept of human development, founded by the Italian psychiatrist, Roberto Assagioli. Psychosynthesis techniques provide opportunities for participants to develop self-knowledge, clarify their purpose and recognise their true potential.
