Encourage and facilitate the electronic communication and collaboration between youth civil organizations based on new information and communication technologies; Initiate and contribute to the all-round individual development, social inclusion of children and youth by stimulating non-formal education, youth activity and volunteering; Support collaboration and partnerships between Bulgarian civil organizations and similar structures from EU and the world.
