Our efforts at AYEN are focused on addressing major issues on youth development, empowerment, and education through workshops, seminars, vocational and leadership training courses in African countries. We have held seminars, conferences, workshops and interactive programmes on how the African youths can be developed, empowered, and acquire skills so as to be able to be self independent and even as times permits, we still hope to hold such programmes in future.

The provision of education and financial assistance in the areas of training and scholarship offers, to encourage the youngsters to get off the streets into classroom is also our utmost goal through means from individuals, cooperate bodies, philanthropists and local donors. Organizing and or attending of international conference, seminars, workshops, expert group meetings and lectures on issues that affects youths such as HIV/AIDS and risky behaviour, sexuality Education, HIV Prevention Education, Adolescent Pregnant prevention, Drug use and abuse, alcoholism, conflict prevention and violence are also of paramount importance to us.
