...to transform, in a radical and nonviolent way, any kind of negative discrimination directed toward female persons into institutionalized forms of positive discrimination.

...when we talk about institutionalizing positive discrimination we talk about promoting, by raising awareness actions (debates, workshops, campaigns, etc.), politics aiming to offer preferential treatment to some social groups in a society based on the fact that these groups have been historically disadvantaged through governmental politics or as results of popular prejudgments.

Youth are involved in running several projects within the association, as volunteers and interns. They bring creativity and youthful insights, and have a lot of positive experiences while learning to be affirmative.
Young people are also our main beneficiary of projects.
