The vision of the World Initiative of Students for Exchange (WISE) is "A world of open minds". To achieve this vision we plan various projects on a local and international level. Furthermore our aim is to build up a international network.

Just recently a couple of students formed WISE in order to promote international understanding between young people worldwide.
As a result of today's increase of mobility and likewise the demand for flexibility people are more and more confronted with others coming from a different background.
This may result in conflicts one may prevent.
With more experience and training concerning the international factors one can learn to be more receptive to new ways of thinking and, consequently, more open minded, as well.
In order to achieve this we will organize various projects as meeting points for students worldwide; the exchange should be on an academic and cultural level.
The outcome of this should be that they will develop a better understanding for other nationalities as well as their ways of life and thinking.
WISE is a non-political and a non-profit organisation.

The World Initiative of Students for Exchange is a network of local student groups. You are welcome to apply with some others as a group for WISE membership and to take part in our projects. For joining WISE a certain procedure has to be followed.
