LLW is a youth-founded and youth-led organisation and advocacy that seeks to live and realise the notion of active youth participation in community and national development at all levels: social, political and economic.
The LLW committee is constituted of challenged and focused youth from different professions, nationalities and backgrounds, brought together by a shared conviction that the future of man lies in the co-operation, rather than competition of the nations and peoples of the world.
In order to promote and achieve these ideas, LLW commits itself to engagements and activities that correspond to such ideals, whether at its own initiation or that of other parties.

The organisation is currently campaigning for the construction of a library and musical studio to serve as community services to a specific community in need of these, in Zimbabwe; this will be achieved through the platform organisation of the longest lecture in the world in August 2006, a lecture which is hoped to last 125 hours and be the longest in the history of mankind. On the sidelines, LLW is organising a national workshop for community-based organisations in Zimbabwe to discuss, with relevant experts and government officials, the Millennium Development Goals and the World Programme of Action for Youth.
