Positive Living North believes Aboriginal people and other northern residents will achieve mental, spiritual, physical, and emotional balance when their inherent right to access to the 'determinants of health' is fully realised.

Positive Living North is an Aboriginal organisation in Prince George, British Columbia , Canada which offers support to people infected with HIV and provides education about HIV/AIDS and HCV to mainly vulnerable populations in the community, as well as providing education to front line workers....

Positive Living North is an Aboriginal organisation in Prince George, British Columbia , Canada which offers support to people infected with HIV and provides education about HIV/AIDS and HCV to mainly vulnerable populations in the community, as well as providing education to front line workers. Also, Positive Living North created the Fire Pit , a cultural drop-in centre . The Fire Pit, located in downtown Prince George, is a place were Aboriginal people (and their friends) can gather to learn, share, and understand culture, health and community. Positive Living North also supports several people every year who are travelling to countries outside of Canada and doing HIV prevention work.
