INDEPENDENT RESEARCHERS, exist to promote the welfare of Children, Youths, Women and the community so as to attain a sustainable rate of development through Systematic Research, Training, Advocacy and Documentation.

ORGANISATIONAL OBJECTIVES
(1) To undergo researches on developmental programs and make recommendations to relevant authorities on our findings.

(2) To highlight Human development as an essential policy and avenue for nation building.

(3) To point the way to moderation in all things which is important for peace of mind.

(4) To examine existing developmental programs and their performances.

(5) To elicit, responses to development and growth of the nation through research.

(6) To create awareness in the areas of youth development, through recommending youths to programs of value and social benefits towards self-actualization, in order to draw their attention from social vices, such as Cultism, drug abuse, crime, and prostitution.

(7) To innovate and also to take part in program and activity that could bring about development in our nation i.e. local community.
